Successfully designed and deployed an online academy management system utilizing Microsoft Intune. Managed the entire infrastructure setup, encompassing licensing, access management, and permission control. Integrated Microsoft Teams for seamless online class management, including recurring meetings and automated recording systems. Enhanced infrastructure security with advanced policies using Entra ID and Teams Admin Center. Additionally, created an appealing user interface featuring company branding within Intune, ensuring a consistent and professional look.

Successfully implemented a comprehensive Zabbix alert system for monitoring and managing system devices within our infrastructure. Utilized free and open-source software to establish a robust device monitoring and alerting mechanism. Configured alerts based on severity levels, ensuring critical and disaster alerts reached senior management via SMTP, while danger and warning alerts were sent to mid-level staff, and regular alerts to junior personnel through Microsoft Teams channels using webhook integration. Additionally, generated weekly and monthly resource utilization reports, which were also shared via Teams channels.
